Woodspring is a newer chain and has replaced the Value Place name and locations. They are one of the leading national chains for extended/long term stays.
Room set is a studio apartment without a full kitchen. The refrigerators are mini fridges and there are burners for cooking.
Some locations have a monthly rate that will vary from month to month. The monthly rate goes down after you stay at least one month. Others do not have a monthly rate but have a weekly rate.
