In-Town are another studio apartment like motel room. The major difference between In-Town Suites and others are that you are required to pay for a full week when initially renting a room there. After that you can pay daily. There is no monthly rate. Rates are calculated on a weekly basis.
The rooms do not have full refrigerators and provides burners for cooking and a microwave. There is no oven. Kitchen utensils are provided along with soap to wash dishes and has in all extended stays, there is no dishwasher.
Typical motel bathroom items are provided. Rooms do not have an ironing board or iron so you will need to bring your own.
