Most companies in Georgia will compensate at the National Market Rate for salary and hourly which makes Georgia even more enticing to take a position if offered.

Georgia’s main business climate is in the Atlanta metro area which is plentiful in IT opportunities. The drawback on the Atlanta metro area is that it is very congested.
